Once you have a signed purchase agreement, contact us to open escrow. We'll send escrow instructions to all parties within 24 hours and collect the earnest money deposit.

Rod Jenkins was born and raised in Newton, Iowa and has spent his career building deep roots in the central Iowa real estate community. Over the course of that career, Rod has been involved in the review, negotiation, and coordination of hundreds of real estate transactions. From straightforward residential purchases to complex multi-party deals.
Rod's strength is his ability to see the full picture of a transaction. Where others may focus narrowly on their piece of the deal, Rod tracks every moving part to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
